DESCRIPTION:

Become mountain safe with Adventure Academy is a course that combines a safe start, practical learning and real adventure. We start with a comfortable base to create the right conditions - before we head out into the mountains and put the knowledge into practice.

No prior knowledge is required to participate in this training. The course is aimed at those who want to learn the practical basics of hiking in the mountains and sleeping in a tent, and who want to feel confident about being able to go out on their own. Our training is characterized by "learning by doing" to create security in new environments.

Mountain safe is carried out in collaboration with Hemavans Mountain Center. Surrounded by magnificent mountains, Hemavans Mountain Center is the natural gathering place, where people meet, experiences are shared and the soul of the mountains takes center stage.

The start and end times of the course are adjusted to enable travel by air. In collaboration with PopulAir, we can offer our participants a fantastic price of 895 SEK for one-way travel, including checked baggage. The flight departs from Stockholm-Arlanda at 08.50 on 27 Aug. and returns from Hemavan at 14.10 on 30 Aug. Hemavan Airport is within easy walking distance (15 min) from Hemavan Mountain Center.
